A long long time ago I posted a lot of stuff on this space regarding a thing called Job Evaluation -- and it was good and true. I was asked to take in down in the interest of collegiality and I did because at the time it was in the best interest of the AMAPCEO membership.
Welcome to 2023. I was going to be quiet and just focus on the facts because I am a firm believer in process, protocol, polcy and integrity. Well scrap that.
I am reading the 2023 Delegate package and cannot keep quiet.
1. If you are an AMAPCEO Delegate
2. If you are interested in change
3. If you believe you have been short changed over the last 7-8 years under our current President and VP etc then PM me at theresa.andersonbutcher@gmail.com to be included in my email distribution of my thoughts on the current ADC materials. Make sure you include your Name, district and position -- are you a delegate, alternate, member or member of the Board of Directors.
Understand that I am a long time member of the loyal opposition. I have occupied positions in chapters, board and in the new model, community lead. I have never been so enraged as I am now by the current leadership's disrespect of our members and elected delegates
You better have a thick skin because I don't hold punches
